Prepare
Fill in the CSV template, or build JSON in our format. Barcode, name, brand and the label's ingredient list are all that is required.
Submit
Upload on the submit page. It checks your file live — bad barcode check-digits, impossible nutrition values, undeclared allergens — before you send.
We verify
We review in batches, usually within 14 days: label photos vs your data, duplicate checks, and our own allergen and clean-label analysis.
You're listed
Approved products go live in the API. You get your readiness report and, for anything held back, a clear list of what to fix.
You send what's on the pack. We do the analysis.
Barcode, name, brand and the verbatim ingredient list are required. Allergens, nutrition panel, claims and label photos make your listing complete. Everything else — our verified allergen, dietary, and clean-label fields — we derive ourselves.

The short answers.
Does it cost anything?
No. Listing is free, and the core listing stays free. Optional paid tools for larger catalogues may come later; they will never be required to be listed.
Do I need a developer?
No. Fill in the CSV template in Excel or Google Sheets and upload it — the submit page converts it for you. If you do have a developer, the JSON format and schema are published.
Is anything published automatically?
No. Submissions go to a private review queue. A product only goes live after it passes our checks, and we tell you what to fix if it does not.
What do you do with my label photos?
We compare them to the data you sent to catch typos, and we may store them with the product record. Only submit images you own or are licensed to share — you confirm this when you submit.
Who owns the data?
You do. You give NutriGraphAPI a licence to store, verify and serve it through the API (see the terms on the submit page). You can ask us to correct or remove it at any time by emailing support@nutrigraphapi.com.
Can I update a product later?
Yes — submit the product again with the same barcode and we will treat it as a correction after review.
Does listing guarantee ranking or placement in an app?
No. Listing makes your product findable by barcode and complete. How an individual app presents it is up to that app.
